Hunter Quarries has been providing quality quarry materials throughout the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region and beyond for over twenty years.

At Hunter Quarries we partner with you to understand your needs and deliver a product that fits your purpose. All services are located on-site at the Karuah East Quarry, including production and maintenance, through to ordering, receipting and allocations, allowing our staff to have complete control of every project.
A leading supplier of high-quality Andesite rock products, we deliver to Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Mid North Coast and Greater Sydney regions. Our extensive logistics fleet are managed by experiences allocators, ensuring that delivery scheduling is optimised and managed to accommodate site requirements.

Road base

Wambo mine project

In late 2020, Karuah East Quarry met a new milestone as they supplied 40,000 tones of ARTC ballast on time and to spec for the opening of Glencore’s United Wambo mine.
